Referrals & Access:

I accept referrals under the Medicare Better Access initiative (with Mental Health Care Plans), NDIS (self- and plan-managed), some Private Health Funds, and privately funded clients.

Telehealth (Video) and In-Person appointments (Paddington, Brisbane) are available.

Information for Referrers

Thank you for the important work you do in supporting individuals through complex, often vulnerable life experiences. I welcome referrals from GPs and psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, midwives, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals.

At Counselling with Jasmin, I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming counselling for adults (18+) navigating:

  • Grief and loss (including traumatic forms of bereavement such as suicide bereavement and other coronial matters),

  • Trauma (including complex, relational, and attachment trauma)

  • Life transitions

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Burnout / Work Stress

  • and more…

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 15+ years of experience, I work collaboratively with clients and their care teams to support emotional wellbeing and sustainable change.
